Xinyang Maojian, also called Yu Maofeng, is a king of green tea category. Its a specialties of Henan province, produced by chinese tea farmers in the early repulican period. Main producing area in xinyang, hsin-hsien, shangchengcounty and in dabie mountain area. Xinyang maojian tea has a unique style that "thin, round, smooth, straight, more pekoe, fragrance, taste thick, presenting green". The tea could relieve thirst and fatigue, bright eye, refreshing, to eliminate greasy, and other nutritional value. Xinyang Maojian has unique character in its color, aroma, tastes and shape. As we seen that its color is fresh, clean, without any impurities, elegant fragrance, pure and fresh, and also its taste sweet. Brew 3g (0.10 oz) in 250ml (8.5fl oz) water at 70°C (158°F) for 3 minutes. Add more water for a second infusion.
