I love this teapot, Good size for a family and keeps tea hot. Ordered the teapot a few days ago and it arrived today, a day earlier than anticipated. Well packed and secure. Good shape and the handle doesn't get hot. excellent pourer and non drip and keeps the tea hot.My only complaint would be the lid is not insulated. so if you want to give the tea a stir, before pouring use a tea towel.
