This delicious, earthy, and tasty tea is very popular in Chinese Restaurants. It is made by compressing ripen Pu-erh tea and Chrysanthemum flowers. It is a tradition in southern China to drink this tea after each meal to help digestion and lower cholesterol levels.

Brewing Tips
Brew 1 mini cake in a teapot or cup in boiling water for 1 minute. Strain and add more water for five to six further infusions, brewing for slightly fewer seconds each time more water is added.

Just great tea
I made some of this for my sister and nieces and they wanted to know where they could get some. It is so delicate and full of flavor that they could not get enough, and neither could I. Very mild. Large leaves are densely compressed and does not crumble away easily as a result.
