5.0 out of 5 stars Really good
The teapot looks really nice and it’s what I was looking for. Surprisingly heavy.
Metal, so loses heat faster (unless you have it on a stove) Holds about 2 cups. A well-made, beautiful tea pot. Robust, lovely spout, fantastic handle, solid lid, very large infuser.Am delighted with my purchase, added bonus is the tea leaves strainer in the pot. Teapot doesn’t drip when pouring like so many. I've been looking for a decent teapot for ages and this one is definitely it. It's what I'd call a 'proper' teapot.

This tea pot was everything i expected it to be. It was exactly what I wanted and more. High quality, and pretty cheap. Just be sure to read about how to prepare a cast iron teapot online before first use. The pot does tend to get super hot while steeping, not a problem so long as you dont touch it. For a group of more than one definitely buy a larger size. I get lots of compliments on it. Just be sure to foloow the care instructions to get the most out of your pot. My only regret is that i wish i got a bigger size.

Gorgeous cast iron tea pot
I love my new teapot! It doesn't drip when pouring due to the well designed spout. The stainless steel insert means you can brew loose leaf tea, and the insert is very easy to remove and clean. The teapot is a great size - 0.8 litres might sound large but if you drink tea from mugs rather than cups then you'll appreciate having a larger pot. The only slight downside with a cast iron teapot is that the handle gets hot after a while, particularly if you use a tea cosy, but it doesn't bother me as i just use a small oven mitt when needed.

It is a BEAUTIFUL piece of artwork I can display every day. The pot is a bit big for one person unless you don't mind drinking one particular tea all day. Easy to take care of, a wonderful addition to my kitchen!

We used this tea kettle in France on a recent trip and then hunted for it until we found it! It is wonderful.
