High quality, good value.

First and foremost, this tong is made from a hefty hunk of 304 Stainless. This is a very attractive, sturdy, and functional tong. It is three-dimensional dragon shape. The spout is dragon shaped. open your mouth and pry open the tea cake. It is razor sharp, and stays that way. It is quite compact compared to the knife it replaced. Has a good feel to the grip. It is comfortable to hold. Nicely balanced. The quality is surprising.
