I love this and bought one for myself at home and one for work...easy and simple to use.good quality but a little big for me. I was a little unsure how much water to add and if I should fill the entire pot...just over half way worked for me...Everyone at work wants one. Packed very carefully and arrived earlier than expected. Strong cup, comfortable handle. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.Reasonable price, highly recommended.
