This blue and white Ruyao Shi Piao teapot is both practical and beautiful. The Shi Piao shape is known for its oblate, dignified form. Decorated with traditional blue-and-white patterns, the winding vines and lotus motifs symbolize vitality and endless life, reflecting classical Chinese aesthetics.
The sky-blue Ruyao glaze features a naturally formed crackle texture, evenly distributed like cicada wing patterns. With continued use and tea nourishment, the Ruyao porcelain gradually develops golden or iron-wire textures. When used with green tea, the lines appear golden, while with Pu-erh tea, they deepen into dark, profound tones, making each teapot naturally unique over time. With smooth lines and refined proportions, this teapot is ornamental, practical, and suitable for tea tasting, gifting, or collection.
