This sky blue Ruyao porcelain teapot features a rounded, full pumpkin-shaped form and is crafted using traditional Ru kiln craftsmanship. Ruyao porcelain has extremely high technical requirements, resulting in a very low yield rate. The texture of Ru porcelain is as smooth and delicate as mutton-fat jade, with a warm, soft sky-blue glaze that appears elegant, translucent, and jade-like.
The teapot body is shaped like a ripe pumpkin, with smooth, natural lines and well-proportioned contours, capturing the vitality and simplicity of nature. The sky blue glaze, reminiscent of the clear sky after rain, exudes a fresh and refined temperament, showcasing the charm of Oriental aesthetics. Both ornamental and practical, it is suitable for daily tea tasting, as well as art display or collection.
