Osmanthus Oolong Tea
This Osmanthus Oolong Tea is crafted from premium oolong tea leaves grown in high-altitude tea gardens in Fujian, China. Harvested in early spring, the fresh and tender tea leaves are carefully processed and gently rolled into tightly shaped, round tea pearls with a vibrant green colour accented by delicate golden hues. Carefully selected dried osmanthus blossoms are blended with the oolong tea leaves, allowing the tea to naturally absorb the delicate floral fragrance and create a harmonious balance between tea and flower aromas.
Fragrant Osmanthus Notes & Mellow Oolong Taste
The tea has a delicate osmanthus aroma with gentle honey-like sweetness and subtle roasted notes. When brewed, it produces a clear and bright golden liquor. The taste is smooth, mellow, and refreshing, with soft floral notes, a subtle orchid fragrance, and a pleasant lingering finish.
Da Hung Pao Tea
Da Hung Pao is a traditional Wuyi rock oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China. The dry leaves are tightly twisted, thick, and well-shaped, with a glossy dark brown colour. During brewing, the leaves gradually unfurl and release their rich and layered fragrance.
Rich Orchid Aroma & Smooth, Full-Bodied Taste
Da Hung Pao has a rich and lasting aroma, characterised by prominent orchid notes with subtle hints of flowers, ripe fruit, and caramel. It also carries the distinctive mineral character known as "rock rhyme," a signature quality of Wuyi rock tea. Exceptionally suitable for multiple infusions, it retains a pleasant fragrance even after seven or eight brews.
When brewed, the tea produces a clear and brilliant liquor ranging from orange-gold to orange-red, with a bright and glossy appearance. The taste is rich, mellow, refreshing, and smooth, followed by a quick and lasting natural sweetness.
