As a traditional semi-oxidized oolong tea, it is carefully produced through multiple steps, including picking, sun withering, leaf shaping, and roasting. The oxidation process plays an essential role in developing its complex aroma and creating its characteristic appearance. The finished leaves are tightly twisted, evenly shaped, and have a dark, glossy colour. After brewing, the leaves reveal a beautiful contrast of green centres with reddish edges, showcasing the unique character of this exceptional tea.
