This Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea originates from Anxi, Fujian, and is a classic semi-oxidized oolong tea treasured for its elegant floral fragrance and smooth, refreshing flavour. The tea is carefully produced through multiple stages, including picking, withering, shaking, oxidation, rolling, shaping, and roasting. Among these processes, the shaking process plays an important role in developing its unique aroma and creating the traditional appearance of green leaves with reddish edges. Through repeated rolling and shaping, the tea leaves are formed into tightly curled, compact shapes with a distinctive curled tip, resembling the traditional "dragonfly head" appearance of Tie Guan Yin.
