This set seems pretty durable. It's not made of cheaper decorative ceramic. This is a beautiful green color that matched the decor in my kitchen perfectly. I didn't want a huge tea set that would take up too much space and let the tea get cold. I bought this to replace a very similar green tea set that I adored. I love the bright color, too. Very nice tea set makes having Chinese food at home like being in a Chinese Restaurant. So I am very satisfied with this shopping.

I love this tea set! Great! Sturdy, but traditionally pretty and is my favorite colorI(green). What I love most is that it doesn't spill, If you have small hands you will probably need to use both hands when pouring, but I can manage it with one hand. The wrap on the handles works to prevent burning. I haven't yet gone out on travel, but the case looks like it is padded well and will keep the tea set safe. This is a satisfying shopping.
